The 14,000-square-foot full-service spa at this Rancho Mirage Westin includes an exclusive HaloIR sauna that combines infrared and salt therapy. Guests can book body treatments, massages, facials, and spa/wellness packages. The spa also offers a steam room, sauna, fitness center, and fitness classes.

The resort has six on-site restaurants, including Pinzimini for Italian cuisine and the Backyard Experience dining concept with a celebrity chef-inspired menu.
